Mercado de Trabalho: Análise da Produção Científica Internacional

Objetivo do estudo: Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo principal analisar as publicações internacionais sobre mercado de trabalho, disponíveis nas bases EBSCOhost e PERIÓDICOS CAPES, no período de 2013-2017.
Metodologia/abordagem: Optou-se pela realização de uma pesquisa bibliométrica e a utilização do programa Ucinet® para tratamento dos dados. No processo de busca, foram encontrados preliminarmente 3.063 artigos, dos quais 1.593 foram efetivamente analisados, depois de passarem por um filtro cujo critério considerou a sua citação em outras pesquisas.
Originalidade/Relevância: O mercado de trabalho é considerado um componente importante das políticas de qualquer país capitalista, pois seu desequilíbrio afeta as relações econômicas e sociais. Neste contexto, é pertinente identificar as pesquisas internacionais que tratam do tema, já que por meio delas é possível vislumbrar as realidades em diferentes nações.
Principais resultados: Os resultados apontaram uma forte tendência de concentração em subtemas voltados para legislação e regulamentação, instituições, políticas ativas, migração/imigração/refugiados, educação, gênero e maternidade/paternidade.
Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: Ao analisar os cinco artigos que tiveram maior destaque nas citações, foi possível concluir que as realidades do mercado de trabalho de diferentes regiões são comuns às economias capitalistas, envolvendo questões como a desigualdade salarial, o impacto da tecnologia, da globalização e das importações nos mercados de trabalho.
